IP Office 500 Problem

Hello, I have two problem with IP Office

First is the small thing

I need to able to forward the call with forward button without vm pick the call back on.
I saw the transfer return time, but that didn't do anything.

After few rings when being forwarded, the IP Office 500 VM pick the line back up

Next one is little bit major

After a while, VM Pro is dead. They just don't work, I have to stop/start the service again, only to find they don't work anymore after few hours. What could be the issue?
It works perfectly fine after restart the computer, or re-restarting the service.

Item two sounds like VM pro license isn't valid.

Vm Pro service will run for two hours then stop if license isn't shown valid in system configuration.

Other items that can interrupt VM Pro are

Windows automatic updates (turn them off)
Power settings on VM server PC )make sure PC never hibernates and HD never goes to sleep)
Windows firewall (run the AvayaFW.bat file (available on knowledgebase)to open Windows firewall ports for installed apps)

Don't really understand item 1 question.

1st question is how to have a forwarded call not to fallback to VM.
Answer : disable VM and do not enable busy no answer forwarding and increase the no answer timer to something ridicully high like 99999 seconds

2nd question : VM pro stops after two hours, a restart of the server solves the problem
Answer as said : no preffered license in system or VM password is set.

Answer for Q2: If its a 500v2, it could be SD Card issue causing licenses not to be valid. VM Pro has a grace period, it will be fully functional for two hours without a valid license, or the IPO not seeing a valid license.

Q2: Open System Monitor.

Status > Voicemail Sessions

Voicemail Status opens in new window, look in right pane.
Quick way to see if License is ok.
