I need some help. Our IP Office just rebooted on its own and upon lookin at system status in the Alarm tab is says

Abnormal Termination
termination cause: <DSI Excep>addr=00000019 d=5 pc=f0385058 stack=f50c9f6c f034ec08 f03af984 f03b0e6c f03b7c40

can someone please tell me what this cause means. Im at a loss and need to give people some answers to what happen. Everything is back up now but they want to know what happened.

If you have Sip trunks systems have been doing this for some unknown reason lately, one guy here had 12 do it at once, I had 2 :)

I mean the only thing that sticks out to me is that one of out trunk lines had an alarm saying loss of trunk. But it rebooted so fast im not sure hope someone can tell me what that exception means. It could tell us what actually failed.

Unrelated then, nobody knows what those codes mean except Avaya, but from experiance ISDN lines causing reboots usually shows address as 00000000 :)

They was a restart problem with that release but on the 412..

this just got harder then. Ill try contacting someone i was hoping someone here could decifer that exception code.

Unless you have all the lines set to clock from network then it will take some troubleshooting, if you do only 1 should be network, 1 fallback and others unsuitable otherwise it can cause reboots :)
