Hello all,
I have an IP500 v2 v10.1 svc pack 1 with UCM 110 also running 10.1 service pack 1
I'm trying to get Communicator for windows to register.
I'm using Communicator 2.1.4
I've tried both on local area network and using domain name trying to register through firewall. Neither will work
I've tried with both the domain name field blank, with the private Ip address of the IPO LAN port entered in the domain field (when trying to register communicator on local area network), and with fqdn and domain name entered when trying to register from off premise.
I've installed the self signed certificate from the IP Office to the PC I'm running Communicator on and installed it in the Trusted root Certificate authority.
I've reset security settings on my IP500 and then installed the new certificate generated by the system after resetting
I've tried both TLS and TCP option in communicator
I have password configured,
I have enable communicator checked
Monitor shows 403 forbidden regardless of connection method when I try to login with Communicator.
This application worked on R9.1 and R10.0
I cant make it work.
Whats even more strange is I can make One-x Mobile Preferred work fully connected when using FQDN but cant make Communicator register either way.
Anyone have this working on 10.1?
I need advice on what I might be doing wrong or if this is a bug.
