Run monitor and when you catch it create an SR with log and config.

@gknight1 but for how long i have to run Monitor trace ? i am not sure when it will happen again

@Janni78 any specific filtres for monitor traces ?

The cabinets are so easy to replace, we just do that instead of spending countless time trying to figure out why. It has always fixed the issue and we move on.

I have a customer with the same exact problem!

We upgraded them to the latest R9.1 (problem started randomly after years and years on R6) and that didn't solve the problem.

We captured from monitor through multiple reboots and submitted the captures to Avaya, and they said they didn't see any reboots.

Reason: Abnormal Termination

Termination Cause: <WATCHDOG> addr=00000000 d=0 pc=f00b6344 is given each time.

I captured more over the weekend and will be opening up a new SR.

Default monitor trace should be enough, if you use any TAPI application you should include that. (TAPI issues seems to have a habit of causing reboots)

I would have a hard time accepting that they don't see a reboot in the trace since it's pretty obvious if you run with default filters.

Print and Error filters as a minimum. TAPI is a good idea too.

In case of fire do not use lift.

Try a fire extinguisher.
