I'm not sure when this started but I have an Invalid IP Address warning on one of my IP Offices (10.1.0.0.0 build 237). It's flagging on the Public IP Address field on LAN1's Network Topology tab which is set to all zeros. This has always been set to all zeros and I've never seen this warning. My other IP Office is setup this way without the warning. I also noticed SMDR data has stopped being sent from this IP Office as of March 8th. Daylight savings change was March 10th, that's the only thing I can think of that has changed in my environment. Anyone have an idea as to what I could check to see why I'm getting this warning and my SMDR data stopped?

Sometimes I have seen the SMDR get stuck and running Hyperterminal on the waiting machine to monitor the SMDR port will kick it back into service - this can happen if the IPO loses connectivity to the receiving server and the IPO "queues" the SMDR data to send once connection is restored - and then gets stuck.

For the public IP address part under network topology - are you using this for SIP - if not dont worry about it.

I have another IP Office that is sending SMDR data without issue to the same server. We aren't using the public IP for anything that I can recall. Unless it had our external IP for OneX at one point. We use the avaya communicator for web chrome extension to give our users a click to dial within their browser.
