Installation of Service Pack 3 for 9.1 1

Hi Folks,

We have a customer with IP Office 9.1 and they are experiencing issues with services. Avaya has suggested that we run/install service pack 3 as a first step. Has anyone got experience with running the service pack? Are there any procedures for doing this?

Call a business partner and have them upgrade you and/or troubleshoot the issue.

Thanks Phoneguy. We are the business partner. Avaya support will be helping but I want to do some research on my own and get advice from the forum.

You are a business partner and do not know how to upgrade a system?? Then you need to take some technical courses or hire a trained technician. That is basically day 1 stuff.
