On my "0" path I have a home/menu where it says "for blah blah press 1, listing of our employees, press 2, etc." I have path 1 as just info because it just states info, path 2 as a menu since it's a listing of our employees and ext, but for some reason it's not enabling. I did have listing of employees as path 1 and menu and it worked, but since I am making a change it's not enabling. Any help would be appreciated.

sounds like you need to add the paths
path 2.1 trans to ext xxxxxxxxxx
2.2 trans to ext xxxxxxxxxxx
2.3 etc.

On that list of employees, I'm saying for john doe press 23 for cindy lou press 24, which is their extension numbers not john doe press 1 and then it goes to extension

you need to make at least one path for it to be complete
like path 2.1 be an info. press record say nothing and press ok.
then it is complete

Thank you thank you thank you! That worked. If I actually worked with passports I would sure hook you up, but I actually work for a youth and children's camping organization called Passport.
