Incoming SIP call displays Anonymous

I'm sure I've seen this mentioned on here before somewhere but can't seem to find it.

I've now got SIP working but incoming calls display:

Anonymous>John Smith
1234567890

Where the numbers are the incoming CLI. Can this behaviour be changed?

Also in phone manager, the number is displayed as 1234567890@88.12.112.114 and they cannot be called back. (IP address made up by the way!)

I'm running SIP trunks from two different providers, Voiceflex & Gamma. incoming calls on the Gamma trunks drop the leading zero in the CLI, but Voiceflex doesn't. Also the @IP address suffix is no longer displayed in the Phone Manager call log on 4.2.

this is a Gamma trunk and I don't get the leading 0 either.

I'll try phone manager 4.2

Local SIP URI on the SIP line is set to the incoming number in international format (441235654767)
