Long CLI Line: Default = Off
The CLI signal on some long analog lines can become degraded and is not then correctly detected. If you are sure that CLI is being provided but not detected, selecting this option may resolve the problem.
I see the call is going to VM, try creating a new ICR entry, make sure the incoming#, and CLID fields are blank, or clear, and route it to a user. See if CLID comes thru, wait a few rings before picking up.
make sure you have no errors in the switch i had a problem one time were the caller id would work one time but not the next and it was an issue with programming. The previous installer had put -'s in the incoming caller id field on the ICR and that was screwing up the caller ID. So as a rule of thumb i try to clear all errors in the switch before merging or saving.
sorry 4 to 11 is an another problem about dialing, no iclid,
i see exactly the same problem only 4 digits shown on the iclid , when i upgrade one 3.1.56
system to 3.2.53, i can't solve the problem, roll back to 3.1.56.
i think we should export settings , delete conf and upgrade the unit, end import settings to ipoffice, or rewrite the ipo config from zero.
