Inbound sip trunks 11.0

I have a client with a new sip install. We are able to dial out but we can not receive calls. The IP Office is receiving the public IP in the header instead of the internal of Lan1 so the system doesn't know where to route it. Below is the log.

We are using a Meraki firewall and have the ports forwarded to the PBX.

You need to enable STUN.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Stun is enabled. I ran the stun server it determined it was full cone nat and pulled my correct IP for the public. I have it enabled on the SIP trunk-Transport tab as well for Lan 1

I have since upgraded them to the latest 11.1. But I am still having the same problem. Here are the new full logs. I have Stun enabled on LAN 1 and on the Trunk. I have tried all association methods call routing methods combined. Any Ideas?

Enable SIP ALG on the router & don't bother with stun.
We are using a Meraki firewall and have the ports forwarded to the PBX.

Please tel me that this port forwarding has been restricted to only allow ingress from your sip provider. that is the bear minimum of security required, ideally an SBC should be used (an SBC would also have illiminated IP address issue)

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

Meraki doesn't support SIP ALG. And yes we are only allowing SIP provider IP's.
