I have a client with a new sip install. We are able to dial out but we can not receive calls. The IP Office is receiving the public IP in the header instead of the internal of Lan1 so the system doesn't know where to route it. Below is the log.
f:"xyz company"<sip:+15557648965@206.15.134.131>;tag=Ng7DmZ2KH445B
t:<sip:5554567643@XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX> How can the system change this to be the internal ip of lan 1
We are using a Meraki firewall and have the ports forwarded to the PBX.
