Newly installed system, everything seems to work fone except, IA770 does not recognze calling extension when system is accessed. Every time we go to th get messages, we have to enter themaibox number, I thought this should integrate so it woild know who I am when I call for messages.

New system would imply QSIG integrated. This symptom is typically caused by the pub-unk setting in the trunk group or the extensions are not defined in the public unknown table.
