Billing system issue with CDR

hello friends:
can any one help me?
i have aura 8
we have billing system and i did all config for CDR but when i have to claim report for outgoing calls i get the dialed number in both columns dialed and ext number but the extension who start the call not appear?
any advice for the CDR configurations?

Hello,

You need to config

the dialed-num and the calling-num, they will be the external caller or the internal caller based on the value of the param cond-code .
Check the System CDR documentation about the explanation of the cond-code .
