Avaya Aura integration with Microsoft AD

Hello! I'm new to Avaya. I administer Avaya Aura 8.1 which is integrated with MS AD. When domain administrator creates new user in AD, it is automatically created in Avaya PABX, too. This works fine. Question is what is the true way to remove user from Avaya PABX via AD? Customer has a policy of not deleting accounts of dismissed employees from AD.
 
It depends on how your AD synch is configured, but one approach woudl be to ask/require your AD administrators to move the outgoing employee's AD account to a different OU (which you could argue is best practice anyway). So long as this ex-exployees OU is outside of the AD Sync search scope (and the delete option is ticked) then the user will be removed.

As I said, it depends on on how your AD Directory sync is configured and also which Avaya devices are in use.
Look at Directory Synchronisation configuration in Avaya System Manager and see how it fits together.
