I have an IPO406 version 4.1.9
I create a hungroup "SALES" poste 500
in the incoming call route, I make destination:sales 500

In the hungroup there is 2 users.

the problem is: when a an external call come to IPO, it ring only one ring in the first user and one ring in the second user.

is it possible to increase a number of rings ??

Increase the voicemail answer time (the total amount of time the call will ring the group before going to voicemail) or decrease the no answer time (the amount of time the system will ring one user before moving on to the next).

I increase the voicemail answer time top 45
and no answer time to 20 but still the problem.

problem not resolved.

try altering the no answer time in System-telephony and see does it make a difference.

Is this when they are already on a call ?

OK I have to ask this, is your huntgroup set to rotary then it will ring one extension after the other and that sure sounds like it.

This is when they are on call or not.

I use Linear "Huntgroup"
Each extension is rung in order, one after the other, starting from the first extension in the
list each time.

How about the user -> telephony -> no answer time ?

The user's no answer time should not apply to a HG call. If the system is setup as No Answer=20 and Voicemail Answer=45 you should get 4 rings on the 1st user and 4 rings on the 2nd user then 1 ring on the 1st before going to Voicemail.

By any chance do you have "delayed" ring set for the user's CA buttons? Or do these user's have forwarding/twinning enabled (the latter would only cause this if you had analog trunks).

i think overall this sounds like it is doing something that it shouldn't be which you are trying to reverse.

first off i would recreate a test group with 2 new users. see if the problem is still there.

if it is then i would try a default config and try again.

still persists, reload the firmware.

I use an analog trunk.
user's dosen't have forwarding/twinning enabled

Do they use analog phone's with and caller id enabled ?
With analog trunks, phone's and caller id it takes about 2 rings before the phone's start ringing

I use IP phones ?

Is it possible to increase the number of rings to 3 or 4 rings.
Thank you

You have this problem posted 3 times worded slightly differently each time

To aid everyone (mainly you) can you give more details of exactly what is happening and only post 1 problem once.

Otherwise we get annoyed at looking at a few posts to find they are about the same thing!!

Rant over!!!

Clear this up::
you dial the number, it rings the first phone, then the second, what does it do then (I have asked you this before!!) What are your seetings in the group.

IT is possible to change the timing of ringing between phones.

One final question which has not been asked yet: What software level and model is your IPO/Phone Manager/Phones??

Fooball is not a matter of life and death-It is far more important!!!!

I dial the number, it rings the first phone, then the second, then return to the first phone and still ringing between the 2 phones ( only 1 rings in phone)
the group is set to linear.

You are pretty rude my friend, and I use that word loosely, did you follow any of the advise you have been given so far? If you did then you didn't report back if that worked or not, so start doing what has been told to do and tell us what the outcome was, short of sounding rude myself I have to tell you the same thing Jamie77 told you don't post the same problem 3 times with different wordings we are reading all the posts that are on here and will know that you post it 3 times and if you keep thinking that you are oh so important and can't wait then pay someone to do the job. We are all full time employed somewhere and do this to help each other and others out but not in this fashion. So now to the suggestions and the resolutions,
TheTaker asked to create a new huntgroup and test it on that - done and not working? or just not done
answer that and I guess your problem has gotten smaller
