huntgroup IPO406 problem 6

I have an IPO406 version 4.1.9
I create a hungroup "SALES" poste 500
in the incoming call route, I make destination:sales 500

In the hungroup there is 2 users.

the problem is: when a an external call come to IPO, it ring only one ring in the first user and one ring in the second user.

is it possible to increase a number of rings ??

 
yep agree with Jamie and Westi on this one. asking for help is one thing, common decency and respect to other tek tippers is another. To fix your problem i suggest you RTFM

I have do all test.
My response is:
I dial the number, it rings the first phone, then the second, then return to the first phone and still ringing between the 2 phones ( only 1 rings in phone)
the group is set to linear.

IPO406V2: version 4.1.9
I use anolog trunk
 
WHAT SETTINGS HAVE YOU GOT IN YOUR GROUP???

WHAT ARE YOUR NO ANSWER TIMERS??

Also check the in Users>Forwarding and check if Hunt Group Forwarding is ticked.

THis thread is soo off from where it started. what do you want the phones to do. The no answer times is the timer for rings between phones. about 4 or 5 seconds a ring. THe overflow is when it will overflow to the groups in the overflow list. the voicemail timer is how long before it will go to voicemail. Your short answers make if very hard to help you. if you give us more info we can help you.
