How To Down grade KX-NS300 V5 to V4

Hello Master,

I need help how to down grade system KX-NS300 V5 to V4,

Problem 1.
Our customer do not want to change IP 172.168.10.1/24 ( because this not in range IP local 172.16.0.0-172.31.255.255 )
In V5 input ip 172.168.10.200(PBX), 172.168.10.201 (DSP)IP phone NT series can be register but for KX-HDV series cannot register to pbx.

I try diferent pbx NS300 V4.3 NT & HDV is running well.
so IT dosnt want to change their network MUST 172.168.10.200&172.168.10.201.

so how to down grade version V5 to V4 running their network.

Sounds like the hdv need upgrading. Or password may not be secure enough
Never heard of a software version being affected by a network IP range

I try using V5 & V6 cannot register, because V6 if you wanna remote NS with port foward PBX webbase they need license remote in NS series that is the problem 172.168.10.200 is not local range.so i must downgrade V5/V6 to V4.5 can you?

No you don’t if you have port forwarding but your password has to be a proper mix of upper and lower case letters and numbers. I think off had it is 4 of each minimum

Obtsystem did you have V6 NS series? u can try in NS1000 using port wan with public ip then if you open with HTTPS their need license
