Has anyone here tried registering up to the maximum ext (128) using DSP-S?

DSP determines the number of simultaneous connections, which depends on the codec, the connection between the SIP phone and the DPT/APT, and the SIP lines.
Read the Feature manuals

I tried registering up to 90 KX-NT511 without any problems, when I registered the IP-Phone to 91 the IP ext status on the second port became unregistered and so on
Indeed, I haven't tried turning on all IP phones at the same time.
could this problem be related to the DSP?

As Kizo said, DSP doesn't affect to IP-phones registration ability. You can register an IP-phone even without having DSP-card aboard.

Perhaps you trying to register to port 91 the same phone that you has already registered at port 2...
Perhaps phone at port 2 has an IP-address conflict with the phone at port 91 or other device...
Perhaps you use PoE-switch to power your phones and PoE-budget of this switch isn't enough...
Perhaps you didn't check the maximum system capacity - i mean not only IP-part, but physical part too and combination of them...

Perhaps... Perhaps... Perhaps...

there is no error log, it's just that when I registered the 91st port the status of the 2nd port changed from register to none, I haven't tried activating 100 NT511s at the same time

Chek PBX's Error log.

What about me - I DO NOT have v.9 for NS300, because I don't need it.
What about you - please, don't ask this question in not appropriate theme.

Hello,
NS version 9 is provided as an open license and does not require a license.
Therefore, if you have version 9, you can use the full capabilities of the device without any additional cost.
Version 9 for NS500, NS700, and NS1000 can be found on this site, but it is not available for the NS300 device.
