IPO 500 unit. Recently we have added an E1 trunk in order to replace 3 BRI trunks. The TelCo cut off the BRI lines and now I am getting "Out of Service" alarms for the 3 BRI trunks. Is there a way to disabled these 3 BRI trunks?.

Thanks in advance.

Regards.

For each BRI Trunk change the following to:

Number of Channels: 0
Outgoing Channels: 0
Voice Channels: 0
Data Channels: 0

cheers

Or take the card out the system and remove it from the programming :)

Can't remove the card, it's a Quad BRI and the 4th BRI is supporting a GSM gateway. Anyway, the solution of ddrib works fine.

Thank you all again!

Best regards.

Just set the channels to 0 or make it an S0 port
