What is not working ?

It looks as if some of them are deactivated.

Try
ACT-DSSU:AUL,STNO,XXXX;
Where XXXX is the Extension number

When I get in these situations I like to yank the board, wait 10 seconds and shove it back in. Not only does it fully reload the board, but it also may help keep the connectors clean.

If a status has AMO after it then it means that you have used the Comwin to deactivate it.

Activate it using Comwin as before
ACT-DSSU:AUL,STNO,XXXX;

Then Display the status again.

Are these digital or analogue phones ?

Hi,
UNACH - It means that it is unattached/disconnected.
If it is an analogue then just disconnect the cable going away to the phone and plug in a test phone near to the system.
If you get dial tone there and not at the phone you have cut the problem in half.
