OSB X8 card reader

Hello, OSB X8 doesn't see card reader. should we use the X2 USB B port (square)? I want to make a copy of the SDHC card
Do I need to activate it somehow?

Have you got a different card reader you can try? I think they are a bit fussy.

Yes, I have tried 2 readers. should the USB port be
X2?

No, you should use the X1 USB port (the type A USB connection).
The one directly under the LED's.

thanks everybody, all is good. problem was in card reader cable.
