Hi does anybody no how to put a priority on to ICM over 3 call groups
 
Sure,

If you are are queuing to a skill group you can use the queue priority node.
 
I have spoken to the IT team here and they are saying it can't be done as all the skill groups are set over 3 servers across 3 site

does anyone have a number i can call regards to this as mosy proberbly am not explaining what am trying to do in the best way.
 
what do you mean with "3 Servers"`? 3 separate ICM Server? or do you mean in separate Callmanager Cluster?
Explain what the problem is so we can help.
 
I'm not sure what the issue here is even if you have three IP-IVRs - the ICM application normalises call routing so you can do this in ICM scripting. If you queue a call you can set it's priority in as many queues as you like.
