Hello, I need help with my 3300 MXelll login. When I use CMD to ping or ipconfig /all , I don’t the IP Address of the MXelll. Also when I connect Hyperterminal RS232 serial port to laptop USB port, it says cannot access port23. I turned off the Firewall and gave static address to my Laptop.

not sure exactly what you are asking?
is this a working (live) system and you want to find its address ?
or a system thats not currently live ?
usb port isn't used for anything anymore
serial db9 connector can be used for a connection to the CONSOlE of the operating system
will depend upon software what the next steps are

You can find the IP Address of the MXelll at the IP phone.
- 5300 IP phone model:
Press both up + down buttons, then release the up button and still hold the down button, press 234 to see the configuration menu appear
- 6900 IP phone model: Press the configuration, default password 73738
Or you can use tool advanced IP scaner to lookup
