Hey HSM, did you find them on the support site? I'm trying to find the dload for the UC Module and I only get the Technical Bulletin when searching for 8.1.69 and nothing on the 8.1.98 UC Module. Just wondering where you found these.
 
Login on the support site.
Go to documents and downloads.
Type IPOffice in the product field.
Select 8.x and there you go.

Have it running on a customer site, no issues have cropped up because of it...sadly it did not fix our 1 way audio issues on sip trunks coming from vmpro.

@AACon - have you found any relief on the 1-way conversation issue(s)?

We're on a PRI and are just recently beginning to have more and more of these issues. The ugly workaround is to reboot the IPO appliance.

I am in talks with our local Avaya vendor to update us to (69), but if it is not bringing relief, I wonder if it's something we should do in the first place.

Our issue ended up being the synchronize calls on the huntgroups, which killed the audio, for whatever reason.

1 way audio on a PRI seems kind of odd, those are usually rather reliable. Are you throwing any errors on the PRI?
I wonder if that PRI is actually SIP, being handed off as PRI. Might be something on the carrier end in that case.
