How do you mean they "won't work", you need to give a little more detail. Does windows recognize the cds when you try to install them? Are they installed but will not play? again provide as much detail as possible.
RtCW and Jedi Knight II works perfectly on my system running WinXP, so more likely it is a driver issue of some sort. Again a little more detail would be nice
I had big problems running RTCW on my XP system. I am using a TNT2 video card and I had detonator drivers. After a lot of messing around with the settings I went and downloaded the latest XP drivers straight from the Manufacturer and this seems to have solved the problem. I had no problem playing JKII. Get new drivers for your video card and that could very well fix the problem.
I have a geforce 2 MX (unfortantly) but on my millenium the games work without any problems but in Xp i get the message "GLW_StartOpenGL() - could not load OpenGL subsystem". Also the games load incredibly slow on Xp.

Dual boot Me and Xp
this might seem like a stupid question, but....... you did not install the games when the pc was just a Windows M.E. boot, and then put XP on as a second boot and try to run the game right? If so, then yes, it won't work.
Make sure your graphics drivers for XP are up-to-date... that's about the only other thing I can suggest. Jennifer Sigman

The "GLW_StartOpenGL() - could not load OpenGL subsystem" error points to the drivers. I have run RtCW on WinXP with a TNT2 card without problems. Download the latest detonator XP drivers from nvidia.com and all should be fine.
