far-end hears echo, IPO 9.1

Hi everyone!

I have an IPO 9.1, and I have issue
When a user makes a call using the handset there is no problem, but when using the speaker the far-end hears echo
The local user does not hear any echo
Any advice?
 
Depending on the type of phone you can go into the phones personal GAIN settings for speakerphone calls to see if that improves.

strange, this option is no available on my phones 1403 & 1408
 
yes, only 1403& 1408
I discard the option of room acoustic, ´cause this issue is in all phones

I upgraded the version 9.1.0 to 9.1.1, but the problem is the same.
 
I have received this report before. Typicality a reboot of the affected phone set can resolve the issue.

hmmm nope, the reboot no works [sad]

Indeed, only applied to calls to the PSTN, internal calls no problem
 
What lines do you have?

Also 14/16xx aren't that great speakerphones although I've mostly had issues with the old 54xx sets.
