err404 "no default tree exists"

We just installed a PRI T-1 and added it to the RLI list in ld 86 but when we dial the access code and try to dial out we get a busy and an error code err404 (no default trees exists) shows up on the tty. Any idea what we missed?

Are you dialing using the ESN access code or Route access code?

Change the CLS of the phone you are testing from to UNR. Then test again.
