I am trying to test my lines by dialing the route access code, drawing dialtone, then dialing my cell phone number. Everytime I begin dialing I get a busy tone and ERR404 0 on the tty. What is the default tree and where is it?

Are you sure your dialing a Trunk access code and not a special number. Print your RDB and make sure of the Access code for that route.

Once you have trunk dial tone you should be able to dial anywhere.

Hi,

check your FRL`s in load 21 Rout data block, then veryfy if they are configured in LD 49

That will probably fix your problem

regards

Fritz

Print your RDB's and check to see if the access code your dialing has a TGAR/TARG stopping you from dialing out.
