Ran into an issue where person says there is no audio when playing back there voicemail.
They have a digital 8 w/ an analog trunk board. Do they also need a VCM card to support voicemails?

No VCM required, do they get the standard prompts "You have xx new messages" when dialling *17?
If yes then there is no audio in the VM message.
