Hi all,
I have echo problems on IP Phone 9621G/9620.
I'm using IP Office 500v2 7.0 (23)
Combo/ATM
VCM32/ATM
I'm using analog trunks ( basic loop PSTN )
Its an intermittent trouble , we tried to trace the call in trouble, and we use Wireshark, when we listen to the call, we dont hear the echo .. but on the phone we have truly echo problem ..
Do you think it could be the phone IOS ? We tried to play in the analog options of the trunks, switching echo latency to 64 MS, still giving problem.
