Can I do something to make the DTI2 card for a 11C recover automatically when the carrier re-establish the link (after going into NNC or Maintenance state for errors acumulations)
I already setup the LPTI counters values to maximum before the dti2 goes to out of service.

Also in LD 96 check the Stat of your D Channels. Does is read AEST for Auto Establish?
ENL AUTO DCH X I think that is the proper command line.
Also is the LEC provider with the E1, ask them if they are set up for auto re-establish. Been to several palces where they are not and had to call them often to reset their D-channels after a loss of service. You can spend a lot of time trouble shooting on your end when it is the provider.
bumping your counters only delays the problem.. if with dch auto, if that counter value is met, you still have to rcnt the table.. make sure 60 is in your drol and if you take more the 1 hit an hour, get it fixed.. t's should run cleaner then that.. if the lcnt is 0'ed out and still does not come up, you have a patch issue
still sounds like a dirty ckt or a mismatch lyr 7 either on near distant or at the carrier level.. since you didn't enter ld 73 data, might just be a clocking problem
