Here is part of my old installation / Upgrade guide I did many years ago that should be useful to you.

1.44 Meg Floppy disk upgrade method to V03.00

The information listed below has been taken from one of the upgrades that I did, Using the standard 1.44 Meg Floppy disk.

Before you start the upgrade, You must first obtain the Succession Keycode.kcd file. This can be obtained from the Nortel Web Site, Keycode section, Or via the Meridian Order Group / Option 11 Configuration Centre.

Load in the software from new, using normal procedures with the install disk.

Insert the correct V03.00 Installation floppy disk in first, before you reboot for the type of Succession system that you have the keycodes for!

The different versions of install disks are listed below.

Option 61c

1) CP3 (Type 25.21) & CP4 (Type 29.21)
2) CPP (Type 32.21)

Option 81c

1) CP3 (Type 26.21) & CP4 (Type 30.21)
2) CPP (Type 33.21)
