Does everyone else have issues downloading software from avaya since the site change?

If I see another Error 500 this laptop is going out the window.

Anyone have a solution?

not arrogant, just succinct.

Yes, I did scroll al the way down (well into the to the Spanish section), and yes I think it is something to do with my registration...

As things stand come 9am today I got someone onsite to reboot the PC that has the Avaya IP Office Manager v9.0 installed on it so all is well.

Thanks hairlessupportmonkey for a very useful link - I'll keep it handy for future use.

Evening All,

Well the v9.0 download issues is fine now, i.e. I have access to the laptop with the v9.0 software.

However...

The Avaya system time is currently set to pick up the time from a local PC on the network.

I would like to change the settings so that it picks-up the time from NTP server on the Internet, e.g. from one of the servers listed here:

What setting should I change and where please?

Is it the picture you want to remove? Take it away from where you uploaded it.

Kind regards

I can't... I used TinyPic public service so once uploaded it can't be removed...

Just realised that the Dongle License Number is showing, not sure if this is an issue?

Well, if someone wants to buy you lic's for Xmas, you just gave them the oportunity.
(in other words, you are safe)

Kind regards

Gunnar

And to your question about time.

I usually install the VMPro on a computer (you don't need the license for that) and set the [Time Source-> VMPro] in Manager. If the computer has a static IP, you coukd fill in that too or leave it to 0.0.0.0, your choice. I use the first.

Kind regards

Gunnar

To answer the question you need to setup the DNS part and then set the time server to SNTP and enter for example 0.pool.ntp.org 1.pool.ntp.org 2.pool.ntp,org
You can enter three time servers separated with a space.
An IP address is possible too if DNS and/or internet is not an option but then you will need a NTP server in the network.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!
