I have an Option 11C in Texas. We recently switched to new T1 carrier. Users in Texas office used to dial 9411 for info. Reprogrammed RLI that 411 goes over to now reference new T1 route. They now get prompted that they must first dial a zero or 1. I built DMI table to insert 1 so that when they dial 9411 it will outpulse 91411; didn't work. Removed DMI table, rebuilt SPN 411 as 1411 and now when they dial 91411 they get information. My question is, what's the difference between me inserting the 1 via a DMI (which didn't work) vs. building 1411 which does work?
