We have several DIDs we use for different marketing campaigns, and need to be able to tell what our response has been per number.We currently use VeraSMART eCAS, but they are no help at all. Any Sugestions? Thanks for any help.
Actually, eCAS SHOULD be able to do this as the dialed number is a part of the SMDR string. So long as you're looking for reports in arrears, not realtime.

I still say oak - we maintain a hotel/private club that uses Oak to report on its marketing campaign phone numbers (ie how many calls, at what times and how quickly answered). They just run a report on each DDI number used for each campaign.
