Hi All,

I am installing a dialog 4422 IP Phone in a MD110 BC12/SP6. I got two(2) ELU Boards, 10 IP-extension licences, 3 VOIP-ETH-Interface.the Dialog 4422 is configured to BP-R15,how can I configure it to MD110?Any helpful configuration notes on how to initiate hte installation?

thanks in advance,
mheroy

You need to load a new Configuration file into the phones using a web server. The Config. file should then be edited so that the "System parameter section" is telling the phone that they now should work in an MX-ONE system.

Thanks!!

We have an IP network here, and I have a BMS Software.Where will I load it?will I load it in our server? What web server will I be needing?

mheroy

The BMS will be OK.
The phone directories should be stored directly in the root of the BMS server.
The BMS has a lot of good help text about FW updates of the IP phones.

Can I load the new configuration file directly to the phone?...

I have set-up the BMS server, but the IP Phone cannot detect the SW SErver, which is in tandem with the IP Phone. What seems to be the problem?..

There can be a lot of different reason for your problem:

1. Cross over cable between phone and PC?
2. Correct IP addresses entered in the Ip phone (SW server etc)?
3. You haven'm observed the fact that there are two HW versions of the phones.
4. You have wrong directory structure for the files on your PC.

Try open a browser on your SW server pc with the following address:
You should then see the config text.

I can view the configuration file thru the web address
I used a straight thru cable in tandem with the IP Phone.

I assigned the the PC's IP address as the SW server address of the IP phone.

Still the IP phone wont update.

Can you publish your config file in the forum?

something else if the phone is version 2 you need sp9 I think

Hod do you verify that the phone is not fetching the config file?

Every time I reboot the IP Phone, it wont upload.

This is the configuration file I am trying to upload in the IP Phone:
