CM 5.2.1
I have an ISDN PRI that was working OK for years but sudenly we can't make local calls out on it.
We get this denial event in the list trace. denial event 1190: No circ/chan avail and the caller hears a fast busy.
This area requires 10 digit dialing so we have to dial the AC for local numbers.
The prefix mark on the route pattern is 4 which strips the 1. this is the way it has always been working, not changes on our end.
I changed the prefix mark to 1 so that it does nto strip the leading 1. In this scenario, the call goes through but the telco switch plays a recording saying that the call can not be completed as dialed.
I have also tried leaving the prefix mark set to 4 and stripping the 1 but still get the recording.
I don't beleive that the telco wants to see the leading 1, but do not understand why I get the denial event 1190 if I don't strip the 1 first.
