Defaulting a 1608 on IP Office 8.1.69

Hi There, i have upgraded a clients IP office to version 8.1.69. they have all 1608 ip phones running on the system.
the problem i have now is that when you want to clear a 1608 phone with (MUTE CLEAR #) it doent do anything.
does anyone know if the clear code has changed?

Password is either blank or "craft", depending on firmware in the phone.

You could try RESET

MUTE CRAFTCLEAR # you need the CRAFT in front of all known codes if you're using 1.330D there is a thread on this from a few weeks ago.
