Just been put in charge of an Avaya IP Office system. Came in this morning and the clocks had changed themselves for daylight saving. Only problem was they went back instead of forwards.

I guess we must have our locale on the wrong side of the equator, but since I didn't set the system up, I don't know where to change this.

Any ideas?

Am very new to this system so simpler answers will be all the more appreciated.

Thanks.

Is there any possible way to get 44XX phones to refresh their time from the IP Office other then rebooting or unplugging the phone? I've noticed a number of our 44XX phones are not time-synced with the correct time (i.e. many of them are about 5 minutes fast).

This is important for us because we have VM Pro script that uses a condition editor to send calls to group night messages. Many of the hunt groups also have queuing turned on and what has occurred is a call will come in at 5:00pm CDT IPO/VM Pro time, but agents phones will be 5:05 and all agents will be logged out. The call then goes into the queue and gets abandoned. Bad! Other then making agents use a time source other then phones I'm wondering if anyone knows of a way to force 44XX phones to refresh their time against the IPO.
