Hi All,

I have an issue with a customer at the moment where by the link from the CT server (1.3) to the NICE perform server keeps dropping after 2-3 mins. this results in the call recordings being clipped at 2-3 mins long.

When I run the G3PD driver admin and status the links, i can see the "Number of Associations" clocking up to around 400 then it drops back down to 0 and restarts.

Here's a copy of what the error log is chucking out at the same time as the link dropping.

Any ideas would be much appreciated

thanks in advance.

I assume you have a mapd in the mix. If so, it would be ideal to have the CT server dual hommed (dual NIC's). One 10h talking to the mapd, the other 100f talking to NICE.

Thanks,
