H,

I have followed the steps below in order to access the Hunt Group:

**266344
System Programing
Hunt Group

I do see Change DNs,Feature Settings, Direct Dial, CAP assig, ETC...

However, nowhere in the sub-section can I find Hunt group.

I'm sure I have an older software version; could that mean it is programmed somewhere else?

Hi exsmogger,

So it would seem that is I re-numbered my 2-digit DN's t0 3, I would see it? Or changing more then that ?

if your dn's are 3 digit or more and you have the right software level you would see it

what system and software level do you have

Hi fireeater, good question but I sorry don't know..

well if thats the case
the only thing i can think of is
if you go into programming and see terminals and sets as first heading (thats good )if you see configuration (out of luck)

so if terminals and sets go to system then the next heading (or two) will say hunt groups (if no see) then software too old

1. If your ext 222 your 3 digit DN's, if your x22 your 2 digit DN's.

2. If you cycle to maintenance/system version and note the SP number we will give you the software version you have.
