coverage path not working on certain station

Hi guys, I have a problem with on particular station not following the cover path i assign it. I assigned the cover path 4 to station 411 so when it is not answered it goes out to an external call center. I have this cover path set up on 4 other extensions and they all work fine. What is it I should be looking for in the station settings that are not allowing the cover path to work for this station only? Avaya definity system but am not sure what model as I am not at work right now but will be able to get that info tomorrow. Any help until then would be appreciated.

This cover path is set to forward off net if that helps

List trace station 411, call the station and see what happens and post the list trace and maybe we can help.

I got it. I did a system reset and it now works. Thanks.
