ContactStore Error starting MSDE server? 2

IP Office 406 w/ 4.2.(20) Vmail Pro 4.2.32. Trying to load ContactStore, run setup like normal to C:programfiles\Witness, runs through install and stops towards end then gives me "Error starting MSDE server". The Install Shield Wiz stays minanmized on task bar, have to end task, then get "1628: Failed to complete install"????? Any ideas...PC prob?????

Thanks CarGoSki....I did reboot....about 100 times....I was ready to drive over the PC w/ my work van.....

MW2 needs new Maps....ASAP
