We install an IP Office 500v2 rel 9.0 with CCR. After the installation we cant get external call report for the call summary report(All the values are 0).Then after lots of tries i untick this option unsupervised anlog trunk disconnect handling and i can generate the report but another issue is came in the avaya contact store application that all calls type shows are outgoing. Please see the second image the first call and third call is incoming targeted to call center hunt group but it shows as outgoing. any idea or suggestions?
