Connecting 2 IP Office together

I can understand 2 IPOs in same LAN can be coupled together with SCN.
My question is does this SCN line carries voice calls or do we need additional trunk like SIP between 2 PBXs?
According to the manual,

Configuration Summary

To set up a Small Community Network, the following are required:

A working IP Office Line trunk between the systems, that has been tested for correct voice and data traffic routing.

configure an h323 line on both IPOs. Each line reflecting the Gateway IP address of the IP Office you want to connect to. Allow Direct Media, set codec appropriately and set supplementary service to IP Office SCN. When the systems reboot, the SCN will be established automatically by both machines. No shortcode needed. Make sure the numbering schemes are unique on both systems ( stations, groups, etc. ). Good Luck.

I can't see any SCN under H323 line settings.
SCN is available only for IP Office line.
I am exploring offline configuration file. No license etc. hope it doesn't matter.

SCN is a licensed system feature if you want it to work correctly.

No, just an IP Office line, Voice networking licenses would also be a good idea ;)

Voice networking licenses come in blocks of 4. SIP trunk licences are per line and cheaper so you may want to do your sums, but SCN is easier to set up and has more functionality.

Let me know please,

1. Are CSN and Voice networking licenses same?
2. Does "IP office line" requires licenses?
3. Does H323 trunks requires licenses?

Yes, yes and yes.

They all need the same license (Voice networking)

Unless you have a subscription system in which case No, no and no.
