I've setup a very simple Condition, as per the Voice Mail Pro
example exercises! So setup a condition (Sunday to Thursday 08.00 to 18.00) then if that result returns true go through to Call Center Hunt Group. If out of hours, goes simply to a generic message.
The Customer Compain that the time is not correct, when I check the codition editor found that the problems on it.
Normally the time starts from 00:00 to 23:59 (24 hours = day )
Here in case the time starts 00:00 to 59:23.
I check the time on the server, its correct.
I Install the Same VMPro on my laptop found nothing error in setting time.
This is a strange thing I cant find an explination of it.
So whats can I do next to solve it ??
