My computer turns on and shows the whole start up but then when i type my logging password and it goes to the blank screen it wont start anything its just a blank screen and i re start but it keeps doing the same thing. Any one have tips in what should I do?
When your computer boots up, hit the F8 key and choose Safe Mode. Once in safe mode, you should be able to disable the password requirement for the user account.
Remove the password? Well, I suppose that is possible, but not likely. What happens if you start the computer and hit the ESC key instead of putting in a password?
More likely, you want to go to safe mode.
Go to start>run, and type MSCONFIG, click OK.
Go to the startup tab, uncheck all items but systray. Click OK and reboot, now how does it run?
