Ok I will try to keep this short, but it's a long issue.
My computer will not boot into windows xp. Instead I get a message that say sorry for the inconvience and do I want to go back to the last know good config or safe more or normal. Reboots gets the same thing and I've tried all of them.
Things I've done:
I have changed out all hardwear except the Floppy, Processor, RAM, and Video. I changed the motherboard, hard drive, dvd, sound.
I reloaded Windows after a total format, useing different CDs even.
What's weird:
I can reload Windows compleatly, it will restart and go back as it should then it gets to that last restart to go into Windows and hits a brick wall. I find it odd because all I have left to change in the hardware would be required to do a windows reload and if my ram, processor, or video card was bad it shouldn't get that far.
Any suggestions would be very helpful.

Do random nice things for no good reason.
