Collective call waiting on 9.1 1

New 9.1.5 (latest service pack) system with embedded voicemail. Collective call waiting on a hunt group with 4 phones is not working-acting as a collective hunt group, the 2nd call is not alerting on b=. All phones have 4 call appearances, call waiting is on for all the phones in the group. Queuing is on with the default settings.In addition, call waiting is working on individual phones, just not the group

How many call appearances do you have set for the phones.

Set at least 3

2 for the incoming calls and 1 CA reserved for transfer
 
Don't you need to turn queuing off?

No you should not have to turn queueing off at all.
I never do and it always worked that way.
But the "issue" might be that there are free CA's to put the call on at other phones but i cannot recall that.

Hi,
any update on this request. i have a similar issue wherein the collective call waiting has been enabled for a group. when two calls land on the group ,nly the first number is displayed as ringing... second number doesnt display unless i pick up the first call...
but if call lands from another group, i get to c that the call is coming from another group
 
how to do queing off?? m not getting that option as its not higlighted
