CM 6.2 and G430 no sound when pick up a call

Hello,

I have an AVAYA CM server 6.2 in France that is working fine and i have added a gateway G430 in Tunisia with an ISDN E1 MM710 Card for the incoming calls from Tunisia.
The signaling is working fine between France and Tunisie i mean the phones are ringing when i call but there is no communications when i pick up the phone there is no voice.

Is that a problem of firewall, do i need to open any specific ports ? Or there is an other configurations that i have to do ?

Really only you can test that , if you status a station in Tunisia when on a call what resources for Audio do you see the system attempt to use if any.

Probably firewall - are you blocking stuff?

Do a list tra sta. Notice the IP address in the VOIP section, can those two devices talk to each other over RTP on the ports specified in your IP Network region?

I don't have any station in Tunisia i just have the PRI Trunk so that i will be able to call a normal number from Tunisia and not an international number.
